Smoking: We are a non smoking property. Any guest who permits smoking will be charged a $ 125.00 cleaning
fee. The guest understands and agrees to be personally liable for all charges incurred at the B&B.
Minimum Stay: We require a two night minimum stay.
Friday & Saturday: Any stay that includes a Friday or Saturday night, must include both Friday and Saturday
nights.
Check Out Time: Check out time is 11am.
Breakfast: Our complimentary continental breakfast is available on the second floor veranda between 8 & 10 AM.
Housekeeping: We typically clean rooms between 10 - 12 AM. If you would like us to come at another time, please
let us know in advance.
Payment: Charges will be billed to your credit card on file on the day before or the day of your check in. We offer a
10% discount for AAA members and a 25% discount for Active Duty US Military (discounts cannot be combined). If
you would like to use a different form of payment other than the credit card on file please make arrangements in
advance. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, cash, and traveler’s checks. Room rates do not
include 4 % accommodation tax.
Cancellations: Reservations made more than 30 days in advance may be canceled with at least 30 days notice.
Reservations made within 30 days may be canceled with at least 14 days notice. If you cancel after the cancellation
window your credit card will be billed for two nights stay. Please read our policies page before requesting a
reservation.
Weather: The local weather station is channel 5.
Laundry: An iron and ironing board are provided in your room.
If you need dry cleaning, the local dry cleaner is East Bay Cleaners located at 480 East Bay St. Their phone
number is 843-577-4430.
Parking: When you arrive, you will be assigned either a parking spot if staying in the Master Suite and State Rooms
or directed to the parking garage if in the Wurdeman's Study. If you fail to return your gray parking “key” for the
private parking spot when you check out, a replacement fee of $50 will be charged to your credit card.
Telephone: Your room has a private line displayed on your telephone. We ask that you use your calling card or
call collect for all long distance calls. There is no charge for local calls. Our telephone number is also displayed on
your phone (843-722-4243). Please call us if you have questions or need anything.
Pets: Pets are allowed at the extra fee of $20 per pet, per night *.
If you indicated you were bringing a pet for your stay, make sure we have a copy of your damage agreement and
we know what type of pet you brought so we may accommodate them. Also, there are plenty of parks within walking
distance, including Waterfront and East Bay Park.
Please make sure you take a waste disposal bag with you when you walk your dog and clean up after them, as that
is a law here. Bags will be provided if you are bringing a dog.
* There is a 50 lb weight limit on dogs.
