Smoking: We are a non smoking property. Any guest who permits smoking will be charged a $125.00 cleaning fee.
The guest understands and agrees to be personally liable for all charges incurred at the B&B.
Minimum Stay: We require a two night minimum stay on Friday and Saturday nights. Please call us for this may change.
Check In Time: Check in is anytime after 2:00 pm.
Check Out Time: Check out time is 11:00 am.
Breakfast: Our complimentary continental breakfast is available on the second floor veranda between 8 & 10 am.
Housekeeping: We typically clean rooms between 10 - 12 pm. If you would like us to come at another time, please let
us know in advance.
Payment: Charges will be billed to your credit card for the full amount within one week before your arrival. Please see
our cancellation policy below. If you would like to use a different form of payment other than the credit card on file
please make arrangements in advance. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, cash, and traveler’s checks.
Room rates do not include 4 % accommodation taxes.
Age Limit: You must be 21 years or older to check-in.
Special Discounts: We offer a 10% discount to Active Duty United States Military personnel. We also offer a 10%
discount to travel industry professionals.
Cancellations: Reservations made more than 30 days in advance may be canceled with at least 30 days notice.
Reservations made within 30 days may be canceled with at least 14 days notice. If you cancel after the cancellation
window your credit card will be billed for the entire stay. Please read our policies page before requesting a reservation.
Weather: The local weather station is channel 5.
Laundry: An iron and ironing board are provided in your room.If you need dry cleaning, the local dry cleaner is East Bay
Cleaners located at 480 East Bay St. Their phone number is 843-577-4430.
Parking: When you arrive, you will be assigned a parking spot if staying in the Master Suite and State Rooms. A parking
"card" will be provided. If you fail to return your parking “card” for the private parking spot when you check out, a
replacement fee of $100 will be charged to your credit card. The Wurdeman's Study does not include parking. Directions
to a parking garage will be provided.
Telephone: The rooms do not have telephones.
Pets: Only one pet is allowed per room for a one time non-refundable fee of $50. No more than one pet and up to 50
pounds. There are plenty of parks within walking distance, including Waterfront and East Bay Park.
Please make sure you take a waste disposal bag with you when you walk your dog and clean up after them, as that is a
law here. Bags will be provided if you are bringing a dog.
* There is a 50 lb weight limit on dogs.
